SERVICE LEARNING COURSE WITH HONG KONG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY
Following the success of our previous year, we are delighted to announce the continuation of our impactful collaboration between Van Lang University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)! This is an incredible opportunity for students interested in the environment and eager to collaborate with peers from around the world to address pressing issues.
Service-learning: Building Green Communities with Environmental NGOs
Duration:
- Online: December 2025
- Onsite: January 5 & 9, 2026 at Van Lang University
What you will gain
- Apply acquired knowledge to projects in Vietnam and work with PolyU students and lecturers.
- Improve awareness of civic duties and community needs.
- Connect with experts and NGOs.
- Improve command of English and relevant skills.
- Receive a certificate from HKPU upon completion of the program.
Requirement
- Number of VLU participants: 8 students.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above.
- Strong interest in environmental issues and building a green community.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage time well, and communicate confidently.
- Commit to attending all required sessions during the on-site period.
