Cùng ISL #28 đóng vai là một nhóm sinh viên đam mê ẩm thực, yêu văn hóa và đang “ấp ủ” ý tưởng khởi nghiệp mở một quán ăn địa phương. Để lên ý tưởng, thiết kế và giới thiệu một gian hàng ẩm thực Việt Nam thật độc đáo, Honors Program thân mời các bạn cùng tham gia nhé!
Chủ đề: Build Your Food Stall – Tự tay tạo nên gian hàng cho riêng bạn
Trong hoạt động này, bạn sẽ cùng Honors Program và sinh viên quốc tế:
• Chọn món ăn “đặc trưng” đại diện cho Việt Nam
• Lên ý tưởng gian hàng: tên quán, màu sắc, câu chuyện thương hiệu
• Trang trí và mô phỏng gian hàng theo phong cách ẩm thực đường phố Việt
• Trình bày ý tưởng như một startup thực thụ
Đây là cơ hội để bạn trải nghiệm:
• Teamwork đa văn hoá
• Kỹ năng sáng tạo, thiết kế, xây dựng thương hiệu
• Cách xây dựng một mô hình kinh doanh ở phiên bản mini

Join ISL #28 and step into the role of a team of students who are passionate about food, love culture, and are “dreaming big” about creating their own local food business. To co-create, design, and present a unique Vietnamese food stall, the Honors Program warmly invites you to take part!
Theme: Build Your Food Stall – Create your own signature booth
In this activity, you will collaborate with the Honors Program and international students to:
• Select a “signature” Vietnamese dish
• Develop your stall concept: name, color palette, brand story
• Design and simulate a Vietnamese street-food style booth
• Pitch your idea like a real startup founder
This is your chance to experience:
• Multicultural teamwork
• Creativity, design, and brand-building skills
• How to turn a business concept into a mini model
